Unlock unknown visitors with a Gate CTA + new Analytics for admins!

We're excited to introduce incredible new capabilities now available in Sales Assist!

Gate your unknown visitors with a Form CTA

If you've been frustrated by seeing "Someone" as the person visiting your Stream, you're not alone. The reality is most prospects and buyers are likely not in your Marketing Automation database just yet.

If you want to gather information on an unknown visitor before they dive into your content, or you're looking to ensure your Streams are only seen by prospects at the company you created it for, a Gate CTA will allow you to do just that!

What is a gate CTA?

A gate CTA is a Form CTA (designed by you) that appears as a lightbox element over a Stream. It blocks the content of the Stream from being viewed until an unknown visitor submits the information you’ve requested (or a soft CTA is skipped).

Note: Visitors who are already known in your MAP will skip the gate automatically.

There are three gate options to choose from:

  • Soft: A soft gate will prompt your visitor for their information, but the visitor can choose to skip the gate if they’d like.

  • Hard: A hard gate requires an email (from any domain) to be entered by the user for them to access the Stream.

  • Protect: A protect gate requires the viewer to enter an email from the prospect domain you’ve set for that Stream.

To take advantage of this feature, an admin will first need to update the marketplace app and configure the newly available settings.

New Analytics Dashboard for Admins

As the title suggests, as an admin you now have access to see how your team's shares are performing across the board. On larger screens only, you'll see a new "analytics" option in the main menu.

Analytics allows you to browse all your team's engagement. You can filter by date range, user groups (if you've set those up) or even by a single rep. You can search the table for specific accounts/prospects and you can even export the results to CSV.

It's important to note that Sales Assist Analytics are different and separate from Uberflip's main Analytics offering which is a much more robust set of data focused on answering a wider set of questions. Sales Assist Analytics focused purely on your sales team's performance within Sales Assist. But with focus, comes great insights.

Take advantage of these new features and please let us know how they work for you!
